Denise is a registered Osteopath & Physiotherapist with many years of clinical experience, who currently practises in Humevale. “I was first introduced to TRE when working with the Kinglake community, which was continuing to deal with the aftermath of devastating bushfires. Always looking for self-empowering therapeutic approaches that enhance the quality of peoples’ lives, the more I continue to learn about and personally experience TRE, the more I see its benefits. TRE’s fundamental principle relating to invoking ‘normal’ physiological responses (tremors) as part of the body’s innate capacity to restore balance and find health aligns with my practice approach”.
