TRE gives us the opportunity to experience our bodies movements and notice changes in tension & release.
It is a self care modality that can be learnt to assist in managing stress & reduce deep muscle tension within the body.
Individual sessions or small group experiences available. Minimum of 3 sessions is advised or till client comfortable with self tremoring
I have been running small groups sharing the experience of TRE .
People learn to follow their own process & go at their own pace in a safe environment.
At home sessions also available upon request.
Exercises can be adjusted to accommodate all abilities.
