Who This Course Is Suitable For:

This 4 month live online guided course is suitable for anyone wanting to improve their own breathing & is focused on embedding breathing techniques into your daily life.

The course consists of 6 x 1 hr live online sessions conducted once every 3 weeks so you have plenty of time to integrate your learnings into your daily practices before learning more information or additional techniques.

Please note this course is for personal use only & is not teaching you how to teach breathing techniques to others.

  • 7am – 8am Wednesdays (Melbourne Australia time) once every 3 weeks beginning Wed Feb 7th

What You Will Learn:

  • Breath education to restore healthy functional breathing
    • session 1 – mindfulness of breath & why nasal breathing is critical for your health & wellbeing
    • session 2 – the mechanics of healthy breathing & simple ways to improve your breath capacity
    • session 3 – the physiology of breathing & how to increase your stress & exercise tolerance
    • session 4 – the neurology of breath & how to use your breath to regulate your thoughts & emotions & physical state
    • session 5 – the use of breathing techinques to enhance exercise performance & recovery
    • session 6 – how to safely use super-ventilation for peek-states, breakthroughs & creativity
  • Exercises & techniques to increase your freedom to breathe in daily life

What To Prepare:

  • wear loose comfortable clothing to perform simple exercises in
  • a yoga mat, mattress or blankets to comfortably sit lie on the floor for up to 1/2 hr
  • pillows or cushions or anything else you require to be completely comfortable sitting or lying on the floor
  • notepad and pens to take note of home exercise practices

Registration Options:

  • Early bird registration before Wednesday 24th January – $390
  • Full registration after Wednesday 24th January – $450  
  • Please note – *minimum of 4 attendees required
  • Cancellations:
    • > 2 weeks before course starts – administration fee of $50
    • < 2 weeks before course starts – 50% refund
    • after course starts – no refund
    • *if the course is cancelled by the presenter due to minimum numbers not being met a full refund will be provided.
