It doesn’t matter who we are or how we grew up we all carry unresolved relational wounds that limit our capacity to enjoy fully authentic, vulnerable, and openhearted relationships with others.
Despite these wounds only tending to show up when we are ‘triggered’ into states of overwhelm, disconnection, pain, frustration, fear, avoidance, grief, hurt, sadness or fawning, they are not just behavioural or emotional states but deep protective patterns spontaneously reactivated in the physiology of our body in response to current relational dynamics.
While most of us tend to hope others will never trigger us in order avoid these unresolved wounds, by deeply engaging with the spontaneous movements in the body both in the moment & through TRE our relational ‘flashpoints’ are often able to become ‘soul opportunities’ for both our own & others’ relational healing & growth.
In this one-day workshop Emiline and I will help you to explore relational wounding in a safe and supportive space & provide you with a neuro-physiological pathway to healing & growth via personal reflection (& optional sharing) through the lens of polyvagal & attachment theory grounded in the body & the spontaneous movements of TRE.
This 1-day workshop is open to general public & you do not have to have previously learnt TRE. If you haven’t previously learnt TRE however we invite you to experience the technique through the free online TRE course at www.trecourse.com before attending the workshop (but it’s not compulsory)
