WHAT
You are invited to the global Australian launch of a new Free Online TRE Self-guided Learning Course to help people cope with the Covid19 Crisis.
The launch will involve:
  • a brief introduction to TRE
  • an overview of the free online TRE course
  • a demonstration of a guided group TRE session (for people who have already learnt TRE and are able to self-regulate their practice)
