This advanced personal use workshop is for people who have already learnt TRE. (via a workshop, TRE Provider or completion of free online course at www.trecourse.com) It is not suitable for people who have not previously learnt TRE.

TRE Providers are invited to attend at the 1/3 discount attending rate in exchange for ‘at call’ assistance during the workshop as required.

If you have not yet learnt TRE there is a 1-Day Introduction at the same venue the day before this Immersion with details & registration available here. If you are registered for the 1-Day Introduction you are then welcome to additionally attend this 1-Day Immersion to further deepen your personal use of TRE.

If you have previously attended a 1-day Introduction to TRE then attendance at this Immersion qualifies as a prerequisite workshop to apply for the Australian TRE Professional Certification Program

Who This Workshop Is Suitable For:

This workshop is open to anyone who has previously learnt TRE looking to get more out of their personal TRE practice. This includes people who have attended the 1-Day Introduction at the same venue on the previous day.

If you have any major medical or mental health conditions, have a history of complex or severe trauma, are pregnant or have any concerns about your suitability to learn TRE in a group environment, please complete this pre-screening form before registering for the workshop.

The workshop will include both hands-on & hands-off self-faciltiations (an example is shown in the video below) in order to deepen your tremor process & gain more out of the technique.

Registration Options:

  • Online registration before the workshop $245
  • Full price registration at the workshop $295
  • Concessions – a 10% discount is available to holders of Government accredited concession cards by entering the word concession in the coupon code area of the cart
  • TRE Provider discounts – a 66% discount is available to TRE Providers in exchange for ‘at call’ assistance during the workshop
  • Cancellation Fees – an administration fee of $50 applies to cancellations prior to the day of the workshop. Non-attendance or cancellations on the day of the workshop will incur a fee of 50% of the ticket price.

  • Additional topics arising from group on the day
  • Guided Group TRE Sessions
  • *the workshop content will be adjusted & delivered according to the flow of the day

An overview of the Certification Training program will be presented during the last 15 minutes of the lunch break for those interested in the Australian Certification Training Program planned to begin with Module 1 in October 2022.

What To Bring:

  • wear loose comfortable clothing to perform simple exercises in
  • a thick yoga mat, air mattress or thick blankets to comfortably lie on a hard floor for up to 1/2 hour.
  • pillows or cushions or anything else you require to be completely comfortable & relaxed lying on the floor
  • a light blanket for rest times
  • notepad and pens if you want to take notes
  • any snacks you require – there will be a short break at morning & afternoon tea time but no food or drinks provided
  • BYO lunch or walk to local shops and cafes
