This workshop provides an introduction to understanding the insidious impacts of habitual tension & trauma patterns during exercise & rehab and the power of combining consciously directed movement with the trauma-informed use of spontaneously generated ‘neurogenic tremors’ commonly misunderstood as a sign of weakness, fatigue & lack of control.

The workshop will be conducted live via ZOOM & will be facilitated by Physiotherapist & Founder of TRE Australia Richmond Heath.

PLEASE NOTE this workshop does NOT teach you how to teach TRE to others or to deliberately incorporate tremors into your existing exercise practice but counts as the prerequisite workshop to apply for the Australian TRE Global Certification Training Program which certifies you to teach TRE as a stand alone technique & to incorporate the deliberate use of neurogenic tremors to support & enhance your existing rehab & exercise forms.

If you are unable to attend this Physiotherapy & Pilates specific introductory workshop you are also able to attend the 1 day TRE introductory workshop on Sunday June 27th as the prerequisite to apply for the certification training.
