Online via Zoom
This workshop facilitated by Holistic Health Physiotherapist & Founder of TRE Australia Richmond Heath will be conducted live via ZOOM & provides an introduction to the insidious impacts of stress & trauma on the body & mind in Yoga and in Life.
You will be learning how to use TRE & spontaneous involuntary movements as a stand-alone technique to release stress, reduce tension & rebalance your nervous system as well as how to integrate neurogenic tremors into your personal Yoga practice.
By the end of the workshop you will also have an embodied understanding of the benefits of integrating an understanding of trauma & the deliberate use of spontaneous involuntary movements into your teaching of Yoga & an outline of the training pathway to do so.
