My primary goal as a practitioner and teacher in working with people is self empowerment, increased self-efficacy and an improved ability for neurosensory integration. A background in Human Services (Mental Health + Learning Disability) and personal success using Tre as a self care tool whilst being treated for neurological issues led me to train as Tre facilitator and be able to share this amazing tool. In my experience, self regulation and grounding in safety within your body are both paramount to living a happy, grounded, calm life. Tre is an amazing and simple mechanism we can ALL use in order to increase connection and vitality in our lives and in our relationships both with ourselves and others.
