Suzanne Butz

With a life-long passion of wanting to help others thrive, Suzanne works with individuals, families and groups, with adults, teens and children. She is a therapist, counsellor, life coach, facilitator and trainer. She holds a range of accreditations and memberships to ensure an ongoing level of ethical professionalism.  Suzy originally spent 20-plus years working in the Information Technology industry, assisting companies, government and other business to identify and clearly define their requirements for change, and then helping them find the resources to make that change happen. In 2002 she decided to move her life and her career to a more personal approach and trained as a psychotherapist and hypnotherapist. Suzy realised she is passionate about moving from a Survival model to a Thriving model : for herself and others. She has since added coaching, systemic and family constellation facilitation, and Trauma Release Exercises to her portfolio. She now works with individuals, helping them to bring positive change to their own lives, and helping them to manage and live well with the effects of stress and trauma. Suzanne understands the stresses involved in maintaining today’s lifestyles, and the impact it has on our lives, our bodies and our souls, and has incorporated and developed skills and techniques particularly to deal with stress: skills that she enjoys sharing with others. Suzy also believes that we need to incorporate an ability to work with our hearts and our heads in combination to bring a comfortable sense of self to what we do and how we live.
